The program also incorporates Universal Waste Rules, Used Oil standards. Because hazardous waste will have to be shipped offsite, we also cover the DOT hazardous materials regulations as part of this program. The program is compliant with state specific regulations CFR Reference: 40CFR 262.34(a)/(d), 273, 279 and 49CFR 172.704(a)(1)-(4).
